Nights of Generosity is a discussion about generosity and how to live a generous lifestyle. Our goal is to explore what it means to live generously and then act on that by being generous towards humanitarian causes locally, nationally, and internationally. Each night, we provide the opportunity to be generous toward a cause or organization that betters our world locally, nationally, or internationally. One hundred percent of the resources that are collected each night will go toward the cause or organization that is highlighted that evening. We so hope you can join us for this free event as we embark on the adventure of generosity!
Generous Kids is a party for all City Kids from K-5th Grade that goes on during Nights of Generosity. At Generous Kids, our City Kids will learn about what Generosity is and what it looks like in their lives! This year our goal for Generous Kids is to raise $8,000 to purchase shoes and clothing for children at the Destiny School & Children’s Home in Kampala, Uganda. We will be raising money each week from now until the end of Nights of Generosity with the goal of sending all the money we collect to Destiny School & Children’s Home after the last night of Nights of Generosity. We’re so excited for our City Kids to have a blast during Generous Kids and learn about generosity at a young age.
We’re collecting money for Destiny School & Children’s Home in these yellow envelopes that you can get from any City Kids class at any of our Washington campuses.
